Initial Discussion / Inspection
We will quote using the information supplied and by using a solar designer/ imaging software. If required, we will come to the property to inspect the roof, wiring etc.
Quotation prepared & Sent
We will send it to your nominated email address and follow up with you if we haven’t heard from you to make sure any questions are addressed.
Quote accepted
Once the quote is accepted, we will ensure that all the documents requested eg; electricity bill and picture of the meter board is obtained and then begin the approvals process for installation.
Installation Booked
Installation booked on next available date and confirmed with you. You will receive an email that outlines what will happen next.
Approvals completed
Behind the scenes SA Power Networks, Smart meter requests, Relevant Agent nominations and any other approvals are obtained and communicated with you.
Install completed
Our team of professionals come and install your solar system. Any design changes etc will be communicated on the day. If your home we can commission the system and show you the monitoring software for your inverter.
Handover documents signed and sent
This is to make sure you have a copy of your installation details, Government rebates have been claimed (STC’s) and importantly the best FIT for your area is obtained.
